Yes. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

Yes. Both amateurs and professionals are eligible and may submit artwork.

Yes. Both black & white and color photographs are eligible. Photos will be judged as one category and on merit alone, not whether they are color or monochrome.

The subject matter is the American Flag. Your artwork must contain imagery of the flag. Within that context you may be as creative as you wish.

Deadline for submissions is midnight (PDT) July 8, 1013.

You may submit paintings in watercolor,oil and/or acrylic. All will be grouped together within the painting category.

Yes, but the film-based images must be digitized and converted to digital-image file formats required by the submittal guidelines.

You are limited to three submittals total. They can be in more than one category but the total number must not exceed three art pieces.

You will need model releases where required by California law. It is your responsibility to understand California law as it relates to model releases, when and where they are required.
